Returning a DinkBar?

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

If the item is damaged in transit we must be contacted by phone within 48 hours upon receipt. The item will be delivered in a strong cardboard tube, if the tube is damaged please check before signing. Damaged means - The item will leave the factory in good condition, it can only reach you damaged if badly treated by delivery people. If the strong cardboard tube is badly damaged please check item before signing and contact us within 48 hours.

Defective - The product is made from 2 very flexible strong rubber materials, it is stuck together with a purpose made superglue, this is the only possible area of the product to be defective, so if the two parts detach themselves it is faulty.

Incorrect - We only sell 2 sizes of this product so if the size you ask for is incorrect then return.
